Responsibilities

  1. Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
    • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to source candidates.
    • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit using CBI methods.
    • Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling and follow-ups.
    • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research.
    • Manage the offer process, including negotiation and onboarding coordination.
    • Maintain a strong employer brand through engaging candidate interactions.
  2. HR Documentation & Compliance:
    • Prepare and manage employment contracts and employee documentation.
    • Ensure all employee files are complete, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies and labor laws.
    • Track and document contract renewals, probation periods, and terminations.
  3. Attendance & Record Keeping:
    • Monitor and follow up on employee attendance and leave records.
    • Generate attendance reports and address discrepancies.
    • Work closely with payroll to ensure accurate records.
  4. Reporting & Process Improvement:
    • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, CBI methods, recruitment platforms, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Familiarity with employment contracts and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in attendance tracking systems and HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
