Responsibilities

  • Build, optimize, and maintain scalable front-end applications using Vue.js.
  • Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to bring features to life.
  • Ensure responsiveness, performance, and accessibility across all platforms and browsers.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
  • Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and team stand-ups.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.
  • Continuously improve code quality, tooling, and development workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional experience with Vue.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Proven success working on startup projects and within cross-functional agile teams.
  • Strong understanding of component-based architecture, state management (e.g., Vuex or Pinia), and Vue CLI.
  • Experience integrating APIs and working with backend teams.
  • Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks and tools (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
  • Solid grasp of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
  • Strong version control knowledge using Git.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Nuxt.js, TypeScript, or server-side rendering.
  • Familiarity with design systems or UI frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Vuetify).
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or tech blogs.
