Responsibilities

  • Handle the Full Cycle Oracle E-Business Suite Human Resources Implementation (HR) from Gathering Requirement to Going Live.
  • Follow Oracle HCM project execution methodology (OUM) covering the activities of projects implementation.
  • Prepare business process flows, functional and technical design documents, and training materials, and update documents as required.
  • Understand solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family.
  • Design, present and articulate Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) On-premise/Cloud to a variety of external and internal stakeholders
  • Provide ongoing implementation and production support for Core HR, Payroll, Self Service Human Resources, iRecruitment, Time and Labor, HR DBI, and Oracle HCM cloud offerings.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities and responses to customer RFPs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Implementing Oracle HCM Offerings.
  • Excellent experience is using third party solutions like TOAD for oracle, SQL navigator and Knowledge Expert for PLSQL.
  • Experience in Forms customization and personalization.
  • Experience in Data Validation and uploading.
  • Working effectively with APIs.
  • Experience in HCM Extracts, HDL, OIC, BI Publisher.
  • Experience in Application Security, Fast Formula, Workflow, Page Composer, Page Configurator.
  • Experience in REST APIs, SOAP, and Web services.
  • Excellent Communication skills with the ability to work well with clients in a project team environment.
  • HCM Certifications are desired.
