Responsibilities

  • Handle the Full Cycle Oracle E-Business Suite Asset Management (EAM) from Gathering Requirement to Going Live.
  • Assist clients in the selection, implementation, and support of Oracle 11i application solutions including providing guidance for design alternatives
  • Prepare business process flows, functional and technical design documents, and training materials, and update documents as required.
  • Understand solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family.
  • Design, present and articulate Oracle EAM On-premise/Cloud to a variety of external and internal stakeholders
  • Provide ongoing implementation and production support for oracle EAM.
  • Participate in improving operational metrics, business case development, performance measurements, and establishing expectations for area of responsibility, establishing priorities and documenting potential scope changes that may impact project, budget and timetable
  • Recognize and advise management of potential problems and opportunities for follow-on business
  • Resolve and track Service Requests and escalated support calls.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, assist in the preparation of major sales proposals and responses to customer RFPs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Implementing Oracle EAM Offerings.
  • Proven Experience with hands-on delivery/configuration of fully integrated Oracle enterprise asset management (EAM) and work management solutions
  • Proven accomplishments in the identification and/or development of business processes, key performance indicators, user and data requirements, and conversion to functional system requirements, related architecture documents, and system specifications
  • Excellent Communication skills with the ability to work well with clients in a project team environment.
  • Excellent experience is using third party solutions like TOAD for oracle, SQL navigator and Knowledge Expert for PLSQL.
  • Experience in Forms customization and personalization.
  • Experience in Data Validation and uploading.
  • Working effectively with APIs.
  • Experience in Application Security, Fast Formula, Workflow, Page Composer, Page Configurator.
  • Experience in REST APIs, SOAP, and Web services.
  • EAM Certifications are desired.
