  • Develop internal academic policies, content standards, and course structure guidelines.
  • Align all programs under a unified academic model

2. Owned Courses Development & Multi-Source Integration
The Head of Education leads the development of Champions Hub’s proprietary courses using a structured and research-based approach.
Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring clarity in learning objectives, outcomes, and evaluation methods.

    3. Partner Course Intake, Organization & Full Process Oversight
The Head of Education manages the complete lifecycle of partner course integration — from receiving raw materials to final publication.
    This includes:

  • Receiving all materials provided by partners (videos, slides, transcripts, assessments, documents).
  • Conducting an academic audit of the content to assess structure, completeness, and clarity.
  • Organizing and restructuring materials according to Champions Hub’s standardized framework.
  • Defining module breakdown, lesson sequencing, learning objectives, and assessment mapping.
  • Identifying gaps, redundancies, or inconsistencies and coordinating with partners for clarification.

  • Overseeing editing, formatting, subtitles, transcripts, and supporting materials.
  • Validating quizzes, assignments, grading systems, and certification criteria.
  • Coordinating with internal production, operations, and platform teams.
  • Managing the workflow from content intake → restructuring → localization → quality review → publishing.
  • Approving the final academic version before launch.
  • The Head of Education ensures partner content is fully processed, structured, and aligned — not simply uploaded.

    4. Localization & Translation Supervision
Where localization is required, the Head of Education:

  • Defines translation standards and terminology guidelines.
  • Supervises professional translation for accuracy and clarity.
  • Ensures tone, academic level, and structure remain consistent.
  • Adapts examples, references, and contextual elements where necessary.
  • Conducts final academic validation after translation.
  • Maintains alignment with the original provider’s standards.

    5. Academic Quality Assurance

  • Develop and enforce internal content quality standards.
  • Review and approve all courses before publication.
  • Design structured evaluation tools (quizzes, projects, assignments, case-based assessments).
  • Monitor learner performance and engagement metrics.

  • Implement structured improvements based on measurable outcomes.

    6. Instructor & Expert Oversight

  • Identify and onboard qualified instructors and subject matter experts.
  • Provide academic direction and structural guidelines.
  • Review teaching performance and learner feedback.
  • Ensure consistency in delivery standards.
  • Support instructors in refining course clarity and structure.

    7. Certification & Institutional Coordination
