Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our online courses, e-books, and webinar platform.
  • Assist with course enrollments, refunds, and certification processing.
  • Guide users on how to access learning materials, purchase courses, and use digital content.
  • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance platform functionality.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken & written).
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in e-learning or online education platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical issues related to digital learning tools.
  • Familiarity with online learning, training programs, or digital content platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Zendesk, Zoho, ClickUp, or HubSpot is preferred.
