Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow our online communities across social media platforms
  • Engage with users, respond to messages and comments, and build strong relationships
  • Publish and schedule content provided by the content team across social media platforms
  • Coordinate with the content team to ensure timely posting according to the content calendar
  • Monitor performance, analyze insights, and suggest improvements
  • Handle community feedback and manage any online issues professionally
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Community Manager or similar role
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic & English
  • Experience with social media management tools .
  • Ability to analyze engagement metrics and generate reports
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Creative thinking with problem-solving skills
