Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential institutional clients (academies, clubs, universities, companies).
  • Present customized commercial offers and partnership proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with B2B partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals effectively.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to design offers and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor partner satisfaction and ensure continuous collaboration.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the sports or education industry.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and meet defined goals.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in sports academies or educational institutions.
