The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, preparing reports, ensuring accuracy in accounts, and supporting management with clear financial insights.

Responsibilities

  •  Record, reconcile, and analyze all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, payroll, and expenses.
  •  Monitor and control cost of goods sold (COGS), inventory, and supplier invoices.
  •  Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  •  Manage accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely payments.
  •  Track daily restaurant revenues, cash flow, and POS reports.
  • Assist in budget preparation and cost control analysis.
  •  Handle bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
  •  Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, VAT filings, and financial reporting standards.
  •  Coordinate with external auditors and management when needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  •  Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
  •  Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory systems, and POS integration.
  •  Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Odoo, or similar).
  •  Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
  •  Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
