Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell online sports courses through social media, online ads, and direct messaging.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and social media channels.
  • Guide potential clients through course details, pricing, and registration process.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop online campaigns and promotional offers.
  • Provide feedback from customers to improve course offerings and service quality.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in online sales, telesales, or customer service (preferably in education or sports).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Passion for sports, fitness, or athletics is a strong plus.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems or online sales tools is a plus.
