We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to convert potential leads into enrolled students by providing professional communication, consistent follow-up, and persuasive sales interactions through phone and WhatsApp. The ideal candidate will understand students’ needs, recommend suitable programs, and ensure a smooth enrollment process while achieving monthly targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Contact new leads received from the marketing team and introduce available courses.
  • Explain course details, benefits, and value in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Manage sales conversations (calls or messages) and close successful deals.
  • Record all client details and outcomes in the CRM or tracking sheet.
  • Consistently follow up with leads to encourage course registration.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign messaging

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence and professionalism during calls or chats.
  • Strong persuasion and sales closing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.
  • Preference for candidates with a sports background or interest
