We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer with proven expertise in e-learning digital products and, ideally, experience in the sports industry. In this role, you will take full ownership of managing and scaling paid campaigns across major digital platforms, optimizing budgets, and driving measurable ROI for our certified online sports training courses.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, Programmatic.
  • Drive user acquisition, sales, and ROI for online sports training programs with internationally recognized certifications.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to build high-performing ad creatives and funnels tailored to sports and education audiences.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing, tracking, and conversion optimization experiments.
  • Optimize bidding strategies and cost per acquisition across all platforms.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in media buying/performance marketing.
  • Mandatory: Proven success in managing campaigns for e-learning or sports-related digital products.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube, Analytics, GTM.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with ability to generate clear performance reports.
  • Strong budget management skills and experience optimizing ad spend.
  • Knowledge of EdTech models and sports marketing trends.
